Interim Order under section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, section 17 Order from Arbitrator & filing of Execution Award passed by Ld. Arbitrator. Send a demand Notice U/s 13(2) of SARFAESI Act, Possession Notice U/s 13(4) of SARFAESI Act, Handling all matters related to SARFAESI and appearing in DRT, DRAT Etc.  Assist Collection Team by providing Legal Mechanism and implementation/Execution of Arbitration Decrees and compliance of Receiver Orders by providing Legal/Police Assistance and through coordinating with different Govt. Authorities/RTO.  Manage Team for performance of Attachment visit with Court Bailiff and Repossession Visit with Receiver appointed by Courts. Customer visit for execution of Dasti Summons, BW & NBW with Police.  Manage Legal Team in coordination with Panel Advocates for sending Notices i.e. Demand Notice, Soft Notice/Reminder for payment, LRN (Loan Recall Notice), VIN (Vehicle Inspection Notice) Finalize draft i.e. Written Statement, Replication and other Reply in routine cases pending in Courts.  Defend against cases i.e. Petition u/s 34 of Arbitration, Appeal U/s 17 of SARFAESI filed by Customer, consumer dispute in CDRF, State Commission & National Commission.  Filing of criminal complaint against the defaulted customer to Police personnel's and complaint u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. In Courts of Delhi & NCR.  Responsible for allocation of petition U/s 14 of SARFAESI for taking physical possession, Sec.9 of Arbitration Act and sec.138 of NIA, Execution Cases, against cases, consumer dispute for Delhi & NCR.  Managing Legal Team by allocating Case/MIS and keeping track for all the work done.  Responsible for follow ups of the cases filed by the customers against the company.  Coordinating with various Law firms and managing records for all the documents.
