My areas of advisory specialisation include strategy, M&A, valuation, value creation, capital and ownership structure advice, transaction support, restructuring services. Alongside my colleagues John Schellekens and Swathi Parikh I was lead advisor on Sale of 6 Selwyn Foundation retirement villages to Metlifecare in February 2022 for over $200m I am a Healthcare sector specialist, having lead engagements across most sub-sectors of the industry over the past 20 years, including private hospitals, primary care, diagnostic services, specialist clinics. I have particularly deep experience in the retirement village and aged care sector, having undertaken 30+ transactions and strategic reviews both here and in Australia.
