Highly experienced Customer Service provider and Credit Controller with the willingness to go the extra mile to resolve queries and complaints. I have worked on large XML data sets through Excel and Notepad++, providing me with extensive knowledge of consolidating and comparing data, and I am confident in my ability to manipulate data into the structure either format requires. I have previously managed community-created custom content for a computer game in my spare time, involving social media management and building hype, branding strategy, project setup and collaboration, testing and releasing and updating custom content. I'm never satisfied with the status quo and consistently brainstorm on new and existing processes with a willingness to improve job functions for myself and others. I aim for and maintain high standards of quality throughout my work and community projects, going to the level where I can clearly demonstrate a difference in ability, knowledge and quality of end product. I do this while encouraging others and always being willing to share my knowledge and insight. In my spare time, I love to bake and follow up on the latest tech and space exploration news. I enjoy learning about history and languages, particularly Japanese.
