First and foremost, I am a thinker, a creative mind, a passionately curious soul. My mentors would describe me as fierce and driven. Life is a stage and I enjoy all its characters and plots. Acting as the director. CUT!Except I'm more animal-like then that. This is why I was given the nickname Fenixx. I have risen against the odds and carried the torch!Business strategy and design are something I could speak about for far too long. I enjoy Raw materials, difficult problems, creativity, art, acquisitions, business management, everything construction related, complex solutions, getting to the bottom of the problem and fixing it. What I do best is to provide solutions! No matter what industry or course of action! I deliver with an aggressive take no prisoners approach. Currently building a solid career as a Developer and business owner. Every day I get to do what I love and work with great people in the community which is as important as the deals we make. Owning a few businesses and being a successful general contractor in the commercial/residential construction industry in some of the top markets in the Greater Puget Sound area(Seattle, WA) and Spokane, WA. This has taught me how tough business can be! I diligently have overcome many obstacles and boundaries to be successful in business ownership within the community. My companies represent more than just a job to me. They are a mechanism for me to give back and help make dreams come true. Working as a expert within numerous companies and businesses to ensure growth and even turnaround sales. Helping business's sure to close the doors. I help evaluate the problems and make an actionable list of things to correct in order to win big. I work with businesses struggling locally or construction industry professionals. All that being said I always have to get my hand dirty and work harder than everyone else because I have high standards for myself and business. At the end of the day, I may have had meetings, met a client, spoke with investors, grabbed my good ole worm drive skill saw and made 50 cuts because that's what it takes to be successful.
