Garrett Smith

Currently attending Boise State University in pursuit of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (2015-2020). I was previously enlisted with a top secret clearance in the United States Army for four years as a Patriot Missile Operator, spending one year in training, two years stationed in El Paso, Texas, and one year in a non-combat deployment to Qatar. During my last year I took the responsibility of being the Battalion Command Sergeant Majors driver, directly working with and aiding him, as well as the Lieutenant Colonel, until honorable discharged June, 2015. As of currently, I am only just getting started on my Engineering basics, starting my intro to engineering courses this spring (2017). Once my courses progress, most likely by summer of 2018, I am looking to start internships with relevant companies locally.
