Currently working withing the commercial insurance sector, assesing clients needs, and fitting them with a policy that suits thier business needs and demands! I enjoy the complexity of the role I am in, as it it a constant learning curve. There is so much more then initially meets the eye with insurance products, especially in the commercial sector! An added bonus to my role is the sales element, although I love learning about the products I am selling and the complexities behind them....the ultimate bonus is selling! I cannot shrug the buzz I get when closing a sale, especially when the sale was super cold and I have had to put alot of effort in to convert. Sales is one of my main assets as a human being, i believe i am a natural salesman as do many others around me. But i always stress the fact that the customer is always key, and adhering to their needs is of most importance. My next 5 years progression aims are to get some accreditation in the field i work in!
