A driven, passionate leader, with over 20 years dedication in the tire industry, Mr. Boes brings extensive hands-on experience in distribution operations, management and information technology. Having held various positions from lead warehouse personnel, customer service representative and project lead, to system implementation, transformation, and director level roles, Mr. Boes has developed outstanding collaboration skills, and is a customer results and outcome focused team member. Mr. Boes has spent his recent years helping build strategic relationships between information technology and business functions, as we well as, facilitating collaboration efforts between acquired companies across international borders. Turning out successful, large acquisitions, implementation and transformation projects, continue to be Mr. Boes’ current key assignments. Always striving to keep momentum going, Mr. Boes continues to grow and learn as his career continues, and is always open to sharing and exchanging new ideas for the greater good of the customer and business.
