While researching this subject, I have facilitated the programs and consultancies that have seen growth in the organisations I have worked with. My breadth of knowledge is vast covering IT Industries, Service Industries, Construction. Food, Wine, Manufacturing, Media, Utilities and Government Organisations. I have crossed cultural boundaries, assisting organisations in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Canada and the USA; developed and delivered programs at Western Sydney University in Australia, and the University of Shanghai in China. I have spoken at the Great Hall of Science in Shanghai, as well as lectured in colleges and Universities in Australia and the USA. As a manager and consultant I have worked with companies to improve their bottom line by motivating teams to winning performances, and assisted to move organisations and individuals from what were considered, by many, as mediocre performers to individuals and organisations of excellence.
