I am a highly motivated team leader, and experienced in call centre operations. Worked for more than 6 years at client facing roles for international insurance companies. My years of experience in the customer service industry has greatly moulded me into a customer centric person. I am looking to pursue a value adding career in customer care management and operations with a growth oriented organisation, where I am able to apply all my abilities and experiences, with a view to foster a mutually rewarding relationships. With my strong communication and interpersonal skills, together with my ability to multi-task in a fast paced and high pressure environment, I believe these are great assets to any business. During my free-time, I enjoy exploring around trying new food and cuisines. I also love watching movies and jazz band shows. I live for traveling domestically and internationally, whenever i can afford. I am the go-to person to host as an emcee for company's team building, family members birthdays and weddings. I am fond in meeting new people and learning new things. Capabilities : I am very focused in putting my passions and skills to good use by supporting an organisation.
