As Digital and Innovation global leader in DSS+, a management consulting Firm, I focus on digital transformation of organizations across the globe on the topic of Operations Excellence, Operational Risk Management and Sustainability. As trusted counsel to CXOs my role includes digital solution development aligning to clients business needs, market development and enablement, inorganic penetration and growth. Prior to DSS+ I was a partner in McKinsey leading Product Development center-of-competence. Before that I was R&D head in LG Electronics. I also acted as solution business head for HCL-Hewlett-Packard. As a Partner in McKinsey, I worked in several geographies across Asia, Europe and North America, on the theme of Margin enhancement, Strategy and operations excellence, Capability development emphasizing the importance of holistically addressing Digital & Analytics backed operational capabilities–across product development, manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain–to drive leadership and dramatically improve performance through organization redesign and transformation. I was co-leading 'Product Development & Procurement' practice in Asia-Pacific region and served clients in Automotive, Electronics, Consumer, Pharma, Utilities sectors. I also created McKinsey Design Labs across continents to serve clients with deep expertise of 50+ members. Design labs had been instrumental in driving transformational impact (USD 4Bn+) across the globe at leading companies on the back of Design-to-Value (DtV) concepts. As R&D head of LG Electronics, I had created CoE and innovation hub. I helped to move LG from product business to solution business to bring sustainable annuity revenue, which eventually became a bottom line accelerating business.
