In my current role I manage all the Formulation R&D and Product Chemistry activities for the region which includes Product development, Formulation Preparation and development, Product Registration. Product Chemistry Project Manager for various Herbicide, Insecticide and Fungicide and Seed Coating Formulations pipeline project. Masters Degree in Inorganic Chemistry with expertise in Practical & Lab Chemistry. Sound Knowledge of Formulation Development, Preparation and Physico-chemical testing of Solid and Liquid formulation like EC, SC, OD, SE, SL, FS, WP, GR, RB & WDG batch making, etc.. Experience in Pesticide Product Registration under the guidelines of CIB&RC, FAO, etc and Product Chemistry Requirements for registration dossier. More than 8 years of experience in Research & Development along with exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations and still continuing. And nearly 6 years experience of Academics.
