With over 23 years experience in Learning and Development I have a comprehensive set of skills both technical and creative. I am an efficient worker with an aptitude for learning difficult new processes. Since 2015 I have maintained various Learning Management Systems with up to 7500+ learners and helped support the strategic change the business needed to move to a more digital learning environment. In 2020 I reduced the Opportunity Group’s Apprenticeship LMS costs to around a fifth of their original to help facilitate growth in their business. As well as an early adopter of learning technology; creating learning interactions using design software such as Articulate Storyline since its introduction (beta tester for Storyline 2), proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, I am also an accomplished senior trainer who has created and delivered the best journeys for a learner to learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours allowing them to reach and exceed what is needed by their business. These range from ILM approved management courses, Microsoft workshops, complex technical systems training through to manual handling and lifting. I have strong data analytical skills, combined with my Excel skills, have provided reporting at an international level. My aim is to provide economical solutions in the shortest amount of time, that hit the most people and have the biggest learning impact, knowledge retention. I love to research and regularly use E-learning heroes (Articulate community), YouTube and Google amongst others. I have worked collaboratively producing courses in a deadline driven environment using a ‘tuned’ ADDIE approach involving a blend of solutions for delivery.
