Gavin Kidder

I have completed a bachelor's degree in Music, Media, and Production. During the time, I completed two internships, one in live sound production at a local music venue, and one at IPR where I produced episodes for The Scene, a showcase of local artists from Indiana recorded in venues across east central Indiana. I also worked for two years during my degree as a live sound engineer with the Ball State University Singers, a show choir that tours both nationally and internationally. While working for the Singers my responsibilities included stage setup, script reading, and wireless microphone calibration. I also held a part time job working as a cashier at Walmart 24 hours a week. I enjoyed the challenge of having to balance work and school and by my senior year I had made the dean's list. Since moving to Charleston, SC I began working for PSAV as a AV technician. My day to day responsibilities at this job is set up and tear down for live conference events and interacting with clients to insure that their event experience is to company standards.
