As an experienced management professional. I consider myself to be a hardworking individual who is not afraid to get his hands dirty. I lead by example. I am a strong people person and always consider my staffs welfare. I adapt well to new situations and i am always willing to take on new responsibilites. My background is mainly working within parcels. However i have experience of freight forwarding and sameday. I have experience working within a warehouse environment using in-house WMS. Tracking systems and route planning. I have managed fleets of vehicles and been responsible for managing drivers and ensuring they are adhering to the WTD.
