Maintaining relationships and increasing market share with numerous specialty practitioners in Georgia with a focus on: pain management, anesthesiology, gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, and cardiology. Currently working a territory from Atlanta to Warner Robbins. Actively developing my leadership and training role by conducting in field ride alongs with other representatives and leading several conference calls at the request of District Managers throughout the southeast. The goal of these conference calls is to share the methods that are keeping my sales trends well above the national average. Also, assisting home office operations in New Jersey by contributing to new hire classes throughout the year. Mentoring, training and conducting ongoing oversight and development for newly hired employees in the region.
