A strong, ethical, and dedicated leader with over 19 years of experience in CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA, and DOT/PHSMA regulations, as well as local, state, and provincial equivalent regulations. As the Senior Manager of the Environmental Affairs department at FedEx Ground, I am responsible for guiding and managing the environmental regulatory affairs of the company in response to existing and proposed regulation of the company’s business, inquiries and/or citations from regulatory agencies and other legal challenges. Prior to joining FedEx Ground, I began my career in the environmental consulting industry gaining invaluable experience on multiple groundwater and soil remediation projects. My consulting experience led me to Bombardier Transportation, an international rail transportation company, where I acted as the Environmental Specialist and Design for Environment Divisional Representative. In this position, I was responsible for ensuring environmental compliance for the Total Transit Systems division and was commissioned with implementing a company-wide sustainability program that spanned over eight countries. After a few influential years with Bombardier, I joined FedEx Ground as an Environmental Compliance Specialist and was promoted to Manager of Environmental Affairs several years later.
