I am energetic and enthusiast development and capacity building practitioner with about twenty years of experience in different portfolio. With a doctoral level academic preparation I have rich experience in the development programming and management and academia including roles in senior management positions in international NGOs. Besides, I also have experience in consultancy, research and teaching at a tertiary level institutions in a university and theological colleges. As an Independent consultant I have designed and conducted a number of trainings for development practitioners and organization leaders in areas of Governance, Peace building, Project Cycle Management, Community Development and other topics. Appraised projects and participated in revising program activities in international and local NGO consortia. Developed new project proposals and secured funds. Effectively managed multimillion dollars HIV/AIDS prevention, Governance and Peace Building programs funded by different multilateral organizations.
