Gemma Gordon

Having grown up on the Isle of Skye I became interested in what made tourists visit certain destinations, and the trends that were associated with this. Throughout school and university I worked in various hospitality roles. Customer service and sales became something that I wanted to look into deeper in order to gain the best results from the people I was meeting. After graduating with BA Hons in Tourism I found a job where I could take all of these skills into one work place. Making use of the more technical findings from my university course in my current role at Skyeskyns. Through Scotgrad I was able to step into this role in an area I care deeply about yet also have the opportunity to travel.
