Genaro is an experienced occupational health and safety practitioner and has a progressive thirty years (30) of professional experiences in the construction and industrial settings and gained exposure in high-rise buildings and infrastructures, manufacturing (float glass and steel), petro-chemical plant, and hydroelectric power plant projects. Field of expertise includes the creation of an integrated EHS Management System that takes into consideration all aspects related to protection of work environment, and the health and safety of workers. It includes certain components that facilitate the development of the policy, programs and procedures necessary to improve performance in EHS issues. Provide consultation, knowledge, and recommend in assisting the plant/project management, contractors and its subcontractors in compliance to applicable local and international EHS regulations.
