I am very interested in applying for any job position available that will suit my qualifications. I I worked for a few international BPO companies with different roles and tasks. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained over the years make me a good candidate to be part of your company. I have dealt both with customers and clients' requests, that developed my strong communication and technical skills. This duty requires very good listening skills, and an ability to investigate an issue in a short span of time with accurate information and provide the best resolution. I have talked to hundreds of customers and was able to get commendations for great jobs. I worked with both American and Australian accounts. I have also gained experience in sending formal letters or emails which I believe is one of the needs in every company nowadays. I’ve been sending formal requests, follow-ups or complaints depending on the customer needs. I’ve dealt with a lot of system issue and figured out the solution even before the clients gets totally affected. One thing I am very proud of is that I always finish the tasks before the deadline. I am confident that my experiences in my previous jobs qualify me at least one of your vacancies.
