Geoff Bainbridge

Geoffrey Bainbridge has been Vice-President, Human Resources since March 2016. In this role, he sits on the Fonds’ Management Committee and is responsible for human resources management and organizational development. He has 30 years’ experience in this area and has developed an extensive expertise in business integration and planning, process reengineering, transformation and reorganization, project start-up and skills management. Prior to joining the Fonds, Mr. Bainbridge was Vice-President, Human Resources at McKesson Canada, the country’s largest pharmaceutical distributor, as well as at CGI and Radialpoint. He also held various positions at Bombardier, where he was Director, Organizational Development, Recreational Products Division, then Vice-President, Human Resources, Total Transit Systems Division and then Senior Director, Americas’ Centre of Excellence. Mr. Bainbridge holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Industrial Relations and a minor in Sociology from McGill University.
