My specialty over the years has been around Inventory management , Sourcing, budgeting and tracking; store control; allocation and life cycle tracking of equipment and, with great exposure of sourcing Globally. Over the years, my contributions, together with other collaborators within the team have yielded remarkable transformations and reforms that have resulted to operational efficiency, reduction in operation costs as well as profitability. Some my Notable Achievements Include; ➨Spearheaded the consolidation of the Kenya Airways' IT inventory under one listing, thus enhancing efficiency. ➨ Oversaw as Project Lead, the centralization of the issuance of Kenya Airways' IT equipment in the network, thus achieving reducing wastage and saving costs. ➨ Introduced coding / numbering of IT assets at Comtec Group (2007) Ltd, leading to accurate Inventory identification. ➨ Established a cheap source for Telecommunication Equipment at Comtec Group (2007) Ltd, thus leading to enhanced profitability for the firm.
