Geoffrey Gui

Geoffrey oversees healthcare transformation and supports the Chief Executive in planning for the future hospital and health system; leveraging on the redesign of care, automation and technology, and workforce development and transformation. Concurrent to his appointment in SGH, Geoffrey is also the Chief Operating Officer for NDCS and Food Services Shared Service for SingHealth. With more than 15 years of experience in the public healthcare sector, Geoffrey has helmed various portfolios in the areas of Service Operations, Facility Planning and Quality & Risk Management Network in Singapore General Hospital. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Healthcare practitioner, Geoffrey is one of the master trainers in quality improvement at SGH. He has also served as the Director in CEO's Office at Bright Vision Hospital, a member of the Singapore Health Services. His key focus was the provision of hospital administration support to the Chief Executive and overseeing the daily operations and governance of the hospital.His interests are in healthcare quality improvement and innovation as well as transformation and change management. As a trained dietitian, Geoffrey is an avid wellness and health promoter who read his undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics at the University of Sydney in Australia. He also received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Singapore Management University.
