I have 8 years of experience working in environmental fintech, project management, implementation, customer support, and data analytics (Power BI). Currently, I work as ENFOS Inc.’s Technical Services Director where I lead an excellent team of QA Testers and Customer Support Specialists supporting ENFOS's web and mobile SaaS applications. I am in a client-facing role and am the technical liaison between our clients and development team. I also work closely with our customer success team to keep our clients happy every day. Industries supported: energy, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, retail, aerospace, defense, chemicals, transportation, mining Core Responsibilities: ▪ Manage and mentor a team of Senior Consultants, Software Support Specialists, and QA Testers for an enterprise SaaS web and mobile finance and project management application. ▪ Advise, design, configure, document, and implement business process optimization solutions for clients. ▪ Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to design features and write proposals in conjunction with customer success team that meet client business requirements within scope, budget, and schedule. ▪ Maintain federal government security clearance to support on-premise implementations. ▪ Lead simultaneous in-person and virtual group training sessions for 50+ users. ▪ Responsible for Tier III support, Power BI initiatives, technical specification requirement creation, feature approval workflow, and both manual and automated quarterly testing programs • Managing multi-phase implementations. • Extensive domestic and internal travel for in person consultations. • Execute detailed review and analysis of client problems and allocate resources to solve them • Follow applicable Agile & Scrum methodologies, and apply various agile practices (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing) to the software development lifecycle. Outside of the office you can find me running marathons, climbing mountains, training service dogs, participating in auctions, and cooking up a storm.
