George is a future-shaping leader in tech with a passion for people. He loves to take on a challenge and has sharpened his leadership abilities through experience a variety of environments. As an exceptional Project Engineer III, George is effectively leveraging his technical and non-technical experience to lead large, complex engineering project teams while also mentoring current and future Honeywell Engineers throughout North America. As a Certified Six Sigma DFSS/Green Belt and active candidate for Black Belt certification, George has led several variation reduction and defect prevention initiatives to achieve over $12.0M in cost savings. George has also mentored multiple DFSS & Green Belt projects to achieve a combined $1.25M in cost savings. George goes beyond his core engineering responsibilities to lead corporate-level initiatives. He currently serves as Leadership Advisor to the New Employee Experience Team at Honeywell FM&T, as well as Honeywell's Lead Program Manager for the international corporation’s multi-million dollar strategic partnership with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). George's overall business impact is elite and was recently commemorated by Honeywell with the prestigious "Outstanding Engineer of the Year" award.
