George DeLuca is a retired military and civil service veteran with 13 years of work experience. He started his career in 1971 at Kelly AFB San Antonio Texas and later joined the Air Force in 1978. He started a contractor remodeling business, Licensed and Bonded in San Antonio City Lic., Number 1700. George started his civil service career in 1978 and later joined the San Antonio Real Property Maintenance Agency. He has extensive experience in large construction projects, including government remodeling and facilities on government installations. Currently, he is the lead RCM Planner for J&J World Wide Services, where he specializes in air handler parts and equipment.

About
Retired military and civil service in 2009 after 36 years my military career started in 1971 at Kelly AFB San Antonio Texas left the Air Force in Jan 1975 and started a contractor remodeling business Licensed and Bonded in San Antonio City Lic.. Number 1700. Started my Civil service career in 1978 when my ex Commanding Officer asked me to come work civil service for (SARPMA) San Antonio Real Property Maintenance Agency. SARPMA did very large construction projects for the Government remodeling all types of facilities on government installations.Form SARPMA I was sent to Randolph AFB were I was given the job of Chief of Planning for all of Civil Engineers in house construction Projects most projects were on a smaller scale than the SARPMA Major Projects. From Randolph I transferred to Lackland AFB were I still assumed the duties and responsibilities as the Chief of Planning and supervised five Civil Engineering trade disciplines. While at Lackland AFB I was given the responsibility to manage a 5 million dollar maintenance contract at Camp Bullis and also the job of the Air Force Liaison between the Army and Air Force. I was very involved Camp Anderson- Peters BC3 training course with a Red Horse construction crew. Had the contract for Camp Bullis modified to include the maintenance for BC3 at Camp Bullis Air Base Ground Defense for the Security Police compound. From Camp Bullis back to Lackland AFB and maintenance engineering where I had prepared and monitored repair projects that were to demanding to accomplish with in house personal and that required the expertise and equipment from contractors, and then my retirement in 2009 from Civil Service. I am currently working for J&J World Wide Services as the lead RCM Planner ordering all types of air handler parts and equipment motors pumps piping and all equipment pertaining to the wants and needs for Ft Sam Houston SAMMC hospital personal and patients.
