George Harnett

I am an experienced arbitration practitioner and advocate, representing clients in complex, high value, cross-border disputes. I represent clients in commercial disputes in a range of sectors, including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and financial services. I conduct advocacy and cross-examination at all stages of the arbitration process and have full rights of audience at all levels of the English courts. I have worked on numerous arbitration proceedings under the LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, UNCITRAL and other sets of arbitral rules. This has included arbitrations seated in Hong Kong, Paris and other jurisdictions as well as arbitrations seated in London.
