With 20+ years of experience spanning diverse industries - Commercial/Industrial, Manufacturing, Franchise/Franchisee, and Multi-Unit Retail - I have gained expertise in this sector that is 2nd to none. By combining my robust HR background - including the belief that human capital is an organization's greatest asset - I am able to institute high-impact programs that quickly transform business performance. In 2005 I acquired and managed 3 franchises - Millicare Commercial Carpet, SaniGLAZE, and SolidCare - all 3 entities serve industrial and commercial enterprises with floor maintenance and restoration solutions. Influencing 500% growth, we expanded from $45K annual revenue to $1.3M. After selling my interest in 2015, I have remained in a Vice President role, managing Alabama market operations. Previously I worked with Quality Restaurant Concepts, Sherwin Williams, and Benjamin Moore Paints in progressive Human Resources leadership roles with as many as 3K employees across 4 regions.
