With extensive experience in F2P space, casual/puzzle/midcore/RPG genres on mobile and Facebook, I have evolved a very good sense of steering the Art on a game factoring in the player sensibilities, motivations and market patterns. I'm also one of those game artists who believes that the Experience that we are trying to offer needs to be prioritized so the choice of visuals makes the perfect sense for the right target audience and platforms. Understanding my team: artists, their motivations and skills and be of help to align them in favor of their aspirations and that of the organizations is also as important to me as learning and growing personally in this whole process.
