Georgette Hollands

I have been working within the UK group protection market since 2010. I started my career with Legal & General working in various roles within the Group Risk claims teams over 8 years. During this time I gained experience in the medical assessment and management of income protection, critical illness and death in service claims, before stepping in to a client management role where I was responsible for assisting and advising portfolio clients on their employee benefits. I made the move to WTW in 2018 and while I still utilise many of the skills developed from my insurer background, I have widened my knowledge and gained further exposure to other areas, including flex, benefits harmonisation projects, global client relationships and overall consulting.
