I am an enthusiastic, optimistic and fun person to work with. Yet I remain diligent, focused and achievement driven. I am a well-rounded personality, of which the logical side pulls me to problem solving, statistics, rationales, and the creative side draws me to innovation, improvement and involvement with people. I work effectively both in a team and autonomously as I also possess skills in effective communication, and self-learner. I know I am best suited to a role that utilises my strengths in problem solving and focus, and my desire to help others. For this reason, my career goal ultimately is to be a crime scene investigator, so I am looking to enhance my experience in the criminal sector and my understanding of both offenders and victimisation. Much of my previous experience has revolved around customer and client service, and dogs. I have always been passionate about providing excellent customer service and I thrive in roles where I can interact with different personalities and be of help to others. This is evidenced by my previous roles in event work and residential advisor. My previous roles with dogs has come about because I believe that dogs are a positive addition in people’s lives and help to improve mental health. I have also worked as a residential advisor which has helped me to understand how to approach mental health concerns, crises management, and upskilled my ability in interpersonal communication, teamwork and reporting.
