I am a highly motivated individual keen to expand my existing skill set and launch my career. While having worked in the service industry in recent years I have developed skills that allow me to work effectively with both customers and team members from a range of backgrounds and create an effective team dynamic. During my time I have been able to develop my leadership skills being placed in a team where I have taken ownership of allocating responsibilities to alleviate duties of my management team. I am now looking to expand these skills further and development my own career within the coming future. I have been a member of the leadership team at First High Walton Brownies for 8 years leading since 2011 performing care duties with the pack alongside both my academic and also my professional life. This has taught me a great deal of responsibility being entrusted with the care of 24 young girls aged between 8-11 years. Ranging from crafts workshops, organising guest speakers and providing duty of care on trips that range from museum visits to camping trips. Alongside paid employment I have made use of dedicated work experience to expand my skill set and further my value as an employee. This has included: 150 hours of volunteer work V-Volunteer Award at Walton Gardens. Further experience with the Leeroy Lizard Lounge team helped developed my skills to include exotic animal care. In my pursuit of my academic ventures I have been involved in unpaid skill enhancing experience at the following three veterinary practices. Beach House Vets and Holly House Vets 2 weeks experience in both this was to gain experience required to progress on to my Degree course. County Vets Sandbach 7 months experience as part of placement for Veterinary Nursing course.
