Raising the Brand of ONS in a variety of ways including: - Project Manager of an ONS online textbook www.measuringtheeconomy.uk, managing the book from concept to launch - Engagement with Universities to promote Economic statistics in their teaching and coordinating presentations and information for economic statistics modules, and also coordinating a Mentoring scheme with a number of local Universities. - Managing a range of topical Economic Statistics Seminars - Coordinating and improving the ONS offerings within the Welsh Baccalaureate individual projects - Coordination of a series of Economic Statistics Training courses in conjunction with the Econonomic Statistics Working Group. - Continually investigating new opportunities to promote Economic Statistics in line with the Bean review and in direction from the Economic Statistics Working Group Other previous roles as an in-house Senior Recruitment Manager for the Office for National Statistics and the Government Statistical Service. Senior Recruitment Manager specialising in the recruitment of Analytical Professionals. Government Statisticians, Social Researchers, Operational Researchers and Economists. Working as part of the wider ONS recruitment team responsible for recruiting various professions, including Project Management, Digital and IT, and Procurement as well as Operational Delivery posts.
