Georgina Carvalho

Georgina Carvalho is Head of Operations for Odgers Berndtson UK. Georgina is responsible for developing a market leading operational capability and team to support the Executive Search Business, continually reviewing best practices, processes, and policies in our operations to drive the highest quality standards for our clients, candidates, and colleagues. Her remit includes managing the evolution of the Salesforce platform for Odgers and leading the direction of this digital capability as the Product Manager on behalf of the business users. Georgina works closely with international stakeholders to enable the firm to work more consistently on a global basis and deliver better for clients and candidates. Areas of expertise include: Relationship management, project management, change management, sales and marketing transformation, and driving operational excellence.
