Born and raised in Ballarat, and now embracing the Melbourne life working at one of Australia’s most prestigious sporting clubs; Richmond Football Club. My work history of customer service has greatly impacted my work characteristics, most noticeably a high level of customer service and rapport building, excellent communication skills, and comfortably working within a team. I am in my third year working at the Richmond Institute. The Richmond Institute is a partnership between Richmond Football Club & Swinburne University to deliver a premium product dual diploma of Sports Development and Leadership & Management, within an elite sporting industry. Previously i held the position of Student Success Mentor, which heavily relied on my natural ability to connect and build rapport with a large range of people around me. The specifics of this role was to ensure each student feels well supported both in an academic and wellbeing sense, to ensure each student thrives and reaches their full potential whilst completing the course. 2021 saw me progress further to the position of Education Officer, combining my passion of student success with academic support. The role has a heavier emphasis on my professional development as an upcoming facilitator, but still entails my core values of supporting students to reach their full potential whilst at the Institute. I am always willing to connect with those involved in the sporting/business & leadership industry, as well as like minded individuals.
