WORK HISTORY SUMMARY Over the past couple of years I have undertaken several courses at TAFE NSW Institutes around Sydney & through Open Colleges online education to better prepare myself for a strong future. Courses I have undertaken to increase my knowledge of the industry include a Certificate 2 in Hospitality (2007), A Diploma of Event Management (2008), A Certificate 3 in both Retail Travel Sales and Tour Wholesaling (2010) as well as a certificate 4 in Tourism (2011), A Certificate 4 and Diploma in Marketing(2012) and just last year i completed A Certificate 4 in Youth Work. I have also obtained a RG146 through ASIX In addition to my studies, I have been involved in several customer service and sales based jobs including working at Mr. Delivery Customer Service Centre, DeDeCe Furniture, Accor Hospitality Customer Service Centre, Covermore Insurance Australia, Suncorp, Gallagher Bassett, Life Insurance Direct & as a part time Youth Worker at Chatswood Youth Centre. I have just started a full time role at TTEC - Ebay Division Through these past and current opportunities/jobs I have been able to develop an advanced knowledge of computer reservations systems such as MORS, Galileo, Amadeus and Opera, I have maintained excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook, and have developed excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Other systems i have mastered along the way include Cisco, Cisco Jabber, B2B, Preceda, Salesforce & Verint.
