Working as an ICT administrator and providing billing suppport is my dominant role but also I am the eir evo business conferencing administrator looking after all eir conferencing accounts, setting up accounts, account support, account admin, invoicing, trouble-shooting. In my main role I look after large business and government customers' Business Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders. Submitting PR's for business needs from various departments and liaising with those departments to get their Purchase orders approved and then vendors invoices received and receipted. I am also the final approval issuing ICT credits and rebills for customers. In summary billing I provide support for internal staff and customers linking minor accounts to major accounts and ensuring any discount plans are issued on accounts. If an account needs to have VPN enabled on it this is something I issue also. Before I joined the eir business team I worked with Meteor/eir in the retail sector from 2005 other than a brief spell of 17 months with The Herald newspaper. I progressed from been a Sales Rep to been an Assistant Manager before been store manager of 3 different stores in Northside, Omni and the Pavilions shopping centre. After leaving Meteor/eir in August 2013, I returned as a Sales Rep in February 2015. I am in my current role in ICT administration since November 2018.
