Gerard Kerr, Director of Strategic Search and Selection, is responsible for leading Kingston Human Capital's executive search team. With over 25 years of experience, a strong network and candidate pool, and an intimate understanding of market trends, he has successfully recruited top talent for many of Queensland's high-level leadership positions. Gerard has particular expertise in leading and managing the most complex and challenging search assignments across sectors, including publicly listed corporations, state government, healthcare, education, private equity, and not-for-profit entities. He also has a keen focus on aligning talent with organisational culture in order to enhance business performance. Prior to joining Kingston Human Capital, Gerard worked for an international executive search firm where he was involved in the successful national and global search processes for CEO, CFO, and other executive-level appointments.
