Gerardo Garcia

I just recently graduated from Saint Mary's College, where for the past 2 years I have worked as a Student Ambassador. Through my experience in the admissions office at Saint Mary's it has made me want to pursue a career in higher education, either as an admissions representative or as counselor for college-bound high school students. I also have in interest in doing social work or helping the underprivileged communities in the Bay Area. I majored in Sociology and that sparked my interest in doing social work and helping others. Also, through my Sociological education I became interested in the prison system and have also thought about getting involved with either the prison system to work with inmates and rehabilitation.
