Gergely Torma

I am an associate attorney in the employment team of CMS Budapest. I have broad experience advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, including restructuring, collective redundancies, business transfers, labor law litigation, drafting internal policies, and assisting with labor inspections. I am also experienced in drafting, negotiating and terminating employment-related contracts and collective bargaining agreements for Hungarian, German and other multinational companies. I also have several years’ experience in social security law, general commercial law, immigration matters, labor safety- and real estate law. I am fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
