I serve as a trusted adviser and coach to executives, teams, and boards. My expertise is in executive coaching, team and organizational effectiveness improvement, and executive assessment. My distinction as a coach is bringing a broad business, strategy and consulting background to leadership and personal development and also working on an integral level of change. I have had the privilege of working with executives and leaders internationally with a special focus in Asia. My joy is in the growth and contribution I make to people's lives and companies, as well as the continual learning and inspiration I draw from my clients. With 35+ years, my experience spans growing businesses to Fortune 200's that cut across most industry segments. My greatest depth and passion is in growing technology, sustainability, not-for-profit and entrepreneurial organizations. I am passionate about climate change and work with organizations and like minded individuals aimed at saving our planet and ourselves. I am a member of the Citizen's Climate Lobby.
