About
I am passionate about UX and love solving problems. My career spans UX research and design. I began my UX career as a UX researcher, and have worked across many industries, managing and conducting UX research projects for Fortune 500 clients. During this time I was exposed to many different user types and research methodologies. I love finding out what makes users tick and how to solve their problems. Following that I moved into UX design, I believe that my experience in UX research provided the perfect grounding for working in UX design. In my capacity as a UX designer I have been fortunate enough to work on designing enterprise applications for large investment banks and insurance organisations, as well as mobile and business applications. I believe that my experience in both UX research and design has made me a better and more rounded UX consultant. I have BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and a Master’s in Human Centred Systems, from which I graduated with Distinction, and over 10 years’ experience working in technology and UX.
