Ghassan Saleh

I am a certified lean six sigma master black belt with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and public health research. For the last 10 years I have been working as a continuous improvement specialist, leading and/or facilitating the efforts of some 42 quality improvement projects in healthcare and in public health. Before moving to Lean Six Sigma field I worked as trainer and a training manager, I planned, coordinated and lectured in wide-range training activities such as courses, workshops, seminars, and conferences. These courses were designed to tackle different Health Management topics: Health Planning, Organizing, Leadership Skills, Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement in Healthcare, Human Resource Management for Health, and Humanizing Healthcare. Recently, I am involved in delivering training in quality and process improvement in healthcare focusing on lean and six sigma methodologies, techniques and tools.
