Gia Silva

Originally born and raised in Lima, Peru, Gia has lived in Long Beach, California since 1991. Entrepreneurially minded and an ambitious self-starter from an early age, Gia became a top producing Realtor in 2003. Today, Gia is the President of INTI Realty, a boutique brokerage; and leads a team servicing residential & commercial real estate in Long Beach and surrounding areas.With over 18 years of experience in real estate and investments, Gia has the knowledge and skills to help her clients build wealth through real estate investing. By having a clear vision of every client’s goal, Gia identifies and secures the properties, helps navigate through the escrow process and negotiates skillfully on her clients’ behalf. She’s a matchmaker; often finding off market properties for her clients and an innovative strategist and marketer; creating strategies and content that get top results for her clients. When she’s not on the phone or with clients, Gia is in her running or dancing shoes, practicing Crossfit, lost in a really great book, solo traveling or trying a new Long Beach neighborhood spot.
