Gian brings 10 years of experiences beginning as a Technology Consultant with Accenture in Washington, DC, engaging in Finance projects as a business liaison between the IT and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams implementing financial consolidation tools. Gian leveraged those skills and joined HMH in Orlando, FL where he's accelerated in the organization to lead a team as a Director of Finance within Enterprise FP&A, resulting in both highly visible financial and technological responsibilities, leading critical organizational objectives in a fast paced environment. Gian's most unique traits have been to significantly improve existing processes through reverse engineering and, at times, to be steps ahead of executives when it comes to identifying and implementing new KPIs.
