About me: I am an experienced executive with a proven track record in a Company which is a leading global mobility provider. I manage up to 91.000 cars in Southern Europe, with more than 700M€ turnover and 2.000 people. We have an unparalleled capacity to buy, move, clean, maintain, and dispose those units while managing the administration. We have top notch Fleet Management capabilities to serve our Fleet and third party’s fleets. We can partner with companies testing autonomous driving. We manage electric and hybrid fleet, in the frame of our eco-fleet program, in order to lead the way around sustainable mobility and green fleets. I lead a multi Brand business, with 7 Brands, across three different Countries, with customers coming from all types of source markets, through several distribution channels (web, digital, voice, GDS, retail stations). The team is truly International, diverse and multi-cultural. I conjugate global inputs with local needs, on a daily basis Our customers vary from the classical B2C individual leisure, to users of business travel, in global companies. We have significant B2B relationships in the whole value chain, from cars acquisition, to cars disposals, to negotiation with key intermediaries in the travel world. I have led several organizational transformations, with the objective to become an agile and modern matrix organization, multi-cultural, with diverse skills and competencies. I have developed the business, organically and through acquisitions, from strategy and conception to the post-merge integration, from the Maggiore project to the more recent Morini and Turiscar acquisitions, developing a profound knowledge of M&A processes. We are modernizing and transforming the customer journey, launching digital check in, messenger programs, and voice check in, that allows customers to interact with an operator, enjoying a full contactless and touchless experience, pursuing a full digital transformation.
