Gianmaria Favaloro

Gianmaria graduated magna cum laude in Economics, Markets and Corporate Strategies at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and attended a Master in International Tax Law at IPSOA – Wolters Kluwer Business School in Milan. Currently he is a Postgraduate Reading at the MSc in Taxation held by the University of Oxford – Faculty of Law. He is enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Milan and he is a member of the International Tax Law Commission. He has gained a significant experience in national, european and international tax law advisory within leading tax law firms in Milan. He focuses his practice on national and international taxation, asset protection, trust, equity planning and taxation of financial instruments. His expertise includes tax planning and advisory for HNWIs and MNEs. He is author of several publications dealing with: exchange of information, base erosion and profit shifting project (BEPS), aggressive tax planning, artists and sportsmen taxation, voluntary disclosure programs, asset protection and estate planning.
