I am working for SKS365 Malta LTD, and my activities focus on creating and developing new revenue streams unrelated to the core business. Therefore, my main activities in the Retail Strategy department are innovation, digital transformation, functional, and cost optimization. In SKS365, my past tasks were similar to my previous experience in Sisal, one of the most prominent Italian Gambling companies, and my responsibilities included profiling the customer base; defining the CRM marketing plan aimed at Casino gaming products; developing and maintaining an operational customer-centred approach with a focus on improving customer fidelity; management of the web and mobile communication activities; operational management of promotional activities and customer management. One of my last activities was in EUROBET Srl, the company of Ladbrokes Coral plc, an international Gambling Group. In the Eurobet Gaming department, my responsibilities in cooperation with my colleagues and external included: management of the web and mobile products and marketing activities, management and development of game products like Slot games or similar, project management with international suppliers, management accounting, and business analysis, operational control of promotional activities and customer management. I am a graduate of the LUISS Business School, and during my studies, I worked for a few companies as a Marketing consultant. I am used to working toward goals and tackling projects with a flexible and innovative approach. My enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to creativity and strategy is an essential motivation for every project I undertake.
