Gigi Cowan-Bondick

A philanthropist and former attorney with a long record of service to the community, Gigi Cowan-Bondick currently splits her time between various activities in and around the greater Boston area. Educated at the University of Texas at Austin and the Southern Methodist University School of Law, Gigi Cowan-Bondick began her legal career with internships at law firm Baker & McKenzie’s Dallas office and in the Patent and Trademark Department at Frito Lay. After a period as an associate counsel with oil and gas company Ensco International, Ms. Cowan-Bondick became a full-time mother and relocated to Massachusetts with her family. Today, Ms. Cowan-Bondick serves as a director of the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, a diversified charity that provides underserved families and individuals with counseling, education, job training, legal services, and other types of programs to improve the quality of their lives. Aside from her work at the Chest, she volunteers her time and energy to Heading Home’s Up & Out program, which assists families with the transition from shelters to permanent housing.
