As the Administration Manager at Naivas, I am responsible for all administrative aspects of Naivas in a nutshell, I am a process optimizer who ensures that all administrative procedures within the organization support the effective and efficient execution of business. With over a decade of experience in business administration, I have a knack for relationship building, strategic planning including planning at the Board of Directors level and inspiring teams. I am the Liaison to the Board of Directors and all Board Administrative committees including, Finance, Human Resource, Procurement, and others that the Board deem fit. This involves attending all board meetings and committees and documenting them. As an empathetic person, helping people comes naturally to me and therefore I get to do what I love most as I am responsible for general employee welfare. Working with over 8000 employees can be challenging but since it is something I’m passionate about it is one part of the job that I look forward to every waking day. I’m a very social person since I work hand in hand with many different people from different walks of life for a living so hanging out with friends and meeting new people is one of my favourite things to do if I’m not behind my desk. I am also proud to be representing the business on the PETCO board as we do our bit in ensuring we build a sustainable business model. I look forward to more opportunities to serve in the areas of environment, sustainability, and governance as we strive to leave a healthy earth for future generations.
